- 300g of dry chickpeas (soaked in water overnight)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 shallot
- ½ parsley
- spices: teaspoon of ground cumin, cinnamon, ground cardamom, baking soda and chilli,
- salt & pepper
- Dried tomatoes in oil with herbs OLE!

Soak the chickpeas overnight. Combine with chopped garlic and shallots. Blend very evenly. Add the chopped parsley and all the spices. Season to taste. Put dried Tomatoes in Oil with Herbs OLE! into the mass with chickpeas. Heat the oil in a large pan with a thick bottom. Form the patties thoroughly and cook for about 3 minutes. Serve with hummus.
