Dumplings with Cheese-Broccoli Sauce and Sun-Dried Tomatoes

– 500g ready-made potato dumplings
– 330ml 30% cream
– 4 tablespoons 18% cream
– 1 onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– Salt, pepper
– 1 tablespoon oil
– 1 head of broccoli
– Salt, pepper
– 50g blue cheese
– 50g grated Parmesan

Cut broccoli into small pieces. Boil in salted water for a few minutes until tender, yet firm. In the same water, add the dumplings and cook until they float.
Meanwhile, sauté chopped onion and garlic in oil. Add broccoli and chopped sun-dried tomatoes with pepper. Add cream and simmer on low heat until the sauce thickens. Season to taste. Add dumplings and grated cheese. Mix and serve warm.
