Crispy Rice with Salmon and Capers

Ingredients:

  • Rice (sushi rice works well)
  • Sliced salmon
  • Mayonnaise
  • Paprika powder
  • Avocado
  • Soy sauce
  • Capers in oil OLE!

Instructions:
Cook the rice. Once cooked, divide it into small rectangles. Place them in the air fryer (180°C / 356°F for about 20 minutes).
Meanwhile, finely chop the salmon and mix it with chopped chives, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Peel and slice the avocado.
Top the crispy air-fried rice with the salmon mixture, then add the avocado and capers on top.
