Crispy Chicken Tenderloins

Coat the chicken tenderloins first in flour, then in a beaten egg, and finally in crushed cornflakes. Place them in an air fryer and cook for about 12–15 minutes at 180°C (356°F).
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Chop the chives and slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips.
Once the crispy chicken tenderloins are ready, place the sun-dried tomatoes on top, drizzle with the sauce, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
