Corn, Pickled Cucumber, and Marinated Mushroom Salad


-1/2 head of Napa cabbage
-5 pickled cucumbers
-1 clove of garlic
-1/2 cup 12% sour cream
-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
-4 tablespoons olive oil
-1/2 jar of Marinated Mushrooms with Carrots OLE!
-1 can of corn
-Salt, pepper


Wash and finely shred the cabbage. Add chopped pickled cucumbers, drained and rinsed corn. Mix sour cream with pressed garlic, mayonnaise, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the cabbage mixture along with halved mushrooms. Mix thoroughly.
