• 1 can of pickled corn or 2 cobs of fresh corn
• 2 eggs
• 1 clove of garlic
• 3 tablespoons of wheat flour + 2 tablespoons of corn flour
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• salt pepper
• cooking oil
• Bruschetta tomatoes + garlic + oregano OLE
• Sour cream
Combine the corn with an egg, squeezed garlic and spices. Season with salt and pepper. Form the pancakes and cook it on a oiled skillet. Serve with Bruschetta tomatoes + garlic + oregano OLE! and sour cream.
