– 3 pieces of fresh cod
– 200ml cream 30%
– 1 onion
– 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic
– a pinch of dried chilli flakes
– parsley for sprinkling
– a tablespoon of lemon juice (plus teaspoon of grated zest)
– white garlic in vinegar OLE!
Wash the fish, pat dry and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.
Chop the onion and fry in a pan in butter with olive oil and chill flakes and cloves of tinned garlic. Add the lemon juice along with the zest. Add the fish. Fry for about 1 minute on each side. Add the cream and cook for about 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve with chopped parsley.
