Clafoutis with tomatoes and OLE! black olives


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees at upper and lower heat setting.
Combine the milk, olive oil, flour, parmesan, and eggs in a bowl. Stir until smooth. Add salt and pepper.
Arrange the tomatoes and olives inside a deep cake pan or different baking dish and add the dough.
You can sprinkle your favourite seasonings or pepper on top. Bake in the oven for around 40 minutes.
