Chickpea paste, sun-dried tomatoes and chili garlic in oil.

Ingredients:
– about half a jar of dried tomatoes with herbs in oil OLE! + 1 tablespoon of tomato oil
– approx. 150 g caned chickpeas
– 10-15 pickled garlic cloves in chili oil + 1 teaspoon garlic oil
– optional: 2-3 tablespoons of water to improve the consistency and salt to taste

Preparation:
Blend all ingredients into a paste, if the consistency is too thick, add a little water. Try and season to taste if necessary. Ready! Perfect not only for sandwiches, but also as a dip for crunchy vegetables or tortilla chips.
