Chicken Drumsticks with Vegetables and Garlic

-4 chicken drumsticks

-5 tablespoons olive oil
-1 clove of garlic
-1/2 teaspoon each of savory, sweet paprika, oregano, rosemary
-Salt, pepper
-1 teaspoon mustard

-1kg potatoes
-1 bell pepper
-2 small red onions

A handful of cherry tomatoes
Wash the chicken and place it in a large bowl. Add olive oil, spices, mustard, and pressed garlic. Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
Boil potatoes for 7 minutes. Cut the pepper into strips and the onions into quarters.
Sear the meat on high heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Place in an ovenproof dish. Arrange vegetables and garlic alongside. Add lemon pieces. Drizzle with olive oil. Season and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for about 45 minutes.
