– 4 thick slices of challah/yeast dough
– sundried tomatoes in oil with herbs and sunflower OLE!
– 1 egg
– 2 tablespoons of milk
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– sour cream to serve (optional)
– salt & pepper
– lemon (optional)
In a bowl/deep plate, beat the egg with the milk and a pinch of salt. Dip each slice in the mixed mass. Fry in a pan with melted butter. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice (optional) and place on toast with sun-dried tomatoes and sunflower seeds. Add salt and pepper. Serve with sour cream/cottage cheese – optional.
