• 1 medium sized cauliflower
• 100 g of diced raw smoked bacon
• 1/3 of a jar of Capers in vinegar OLE !
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 300 ml of sweet cream
• 40 g of grated Parmesan cheese (plus 20 for the top)
• salt & pepper
Divide the cauliflower into smaller parts and cook it for about 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain. Put pieces of bacon into a hot frying pan (without fat) and brown it. Pour the whole cream mixed with cheese, garlic and spices. Add cooked bacon. Gently mix it. Put everything into the dish for baking. Add Capers in vinegar OLE! Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes.
