Carnival Tortilla Boats with Garlic Guacamole

– 3 tortilla wraps
– 2 ripe avocados
– 1 red onion
– 7 cherry tomatoes
– 2-3 garlic cloves
– chili pepper (to taste)
– salt
– lemon or lime
Garlic chili in oil OLE!
– olive oil
– a bit of butter and semolina/breadcrumbs for greasing the mold
– fresh cilantro or parsley
* Need a muffin tin for the boats.

Tortilla Boats:
Cut circles from tortillas using a glass or metal ring. Grease mold indentations with a small amount of butter and sprinkle with semolina/breadcrumbs. Moisten the tortillas with damp hands on both sides. Place them in the mold and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 5-10 minutes until golden.

Peel and pit avocados. Dice onion and tomatoes. Add pressed garlic, chopped chili pepper. Squeeze lemon or lime. Season with salt. Arrange guacamole in the boats and top each with garlic (about 2-3 cloves).
