Carnival canapés with OLE! golden onions in vinegar
Version I
- bread
- cooked beets
- arugula
- hummus (preferably beet)
- ser feta
- OLE! golden onions in vinegar
- olive oil
- honey
Cut bread into smaller slices.
Spread the hummus on the bread slices.
Slice up the beets and put them on the canapés together with the arugula. Top with feta cheese and onion. Sprinkle with olive oil combined with honey, salt, and pepper.

- gorgonzola
- ripe pears
- nuts
- OLE! golden onions in vinegar
Cut bread into smaller slices. Spread the cream cheese on the bread slices. Top with gorgonzola, juicy pear, nuts, and onion.
