Bolognese casserole with OLE! Italian garlic in oil
- 200 g penne
- 400 g ground meat (beef or beef and pork)
- 1 carrot
- 10 g parmesan
- 1 package/jar tomato passata (or OLE! Pastena)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- salt, pepper
- cherry tomatoes
- 50 g grated hard cheese
- fresh basil
- OLE! Italian garlic in oil
Cook the pasta for less time than recommended in the directions on packaging. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed pot and add the chopped onions and chopped garlic cloves. Add the meat and break it up. Fry until the meat is no longer pink. Add (finely) grated carrot. Add passata. Cook on low heat for around 20-30 minutes. Add parmesan and stir. Arrange the pasta in a greased baking pan, cover with the sauce, top with plenty of parmesan or other ripening cheese. Bake for approx. 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Before serving, decorate with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and OLE! Italian garlic in oil.
