• 3-4 cod loins
• 300 ml whipping cream
• juice of half a lemon
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2-3 tablespoons of fried mushrooms Pastena OLE!
• fresh thyme
• pinch of turmeric
• salt and pepper
• almond flakes
• spoon of chopped parsley
Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius degrees (up and down).
Chop the onion and cook it until golden brown. Wash the fish and dry it. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Mix the cream with Pastena, pepper, lemon juice, turmeric and fried onion. Put the fish into an ovenproof dish, pour the sauce over it, sprinkle with almond flakes and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished casserole with chopped parsley.
