Bagels with creamy pesto, grilled cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes

– bagels
– 3 large spoons of pesto
– 1 clove of garlic
– 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
– cream cheese
– basil leaves
dried tomatoes in oil with pickled pepper OLE!
– Halloumi cheese / similar type of cheese

Combine pesto with cream cheese. Add herbs and squeezed garlic.
Cut the halloumi cheese into pieces and grill. Heat the bagels and cut them in half.
Spread the creamy pesto on both sides, arrange the cheese with basil leaves and sun-dried tomatoes.
