Bagel with omelet and sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Butter / oil
- sun-dried tomatoes OLE!
- Chives
- Bagel (or any bread roll)
- Lettuce / salad mix
Instructions:
- Cook the omelet: Crack the egg, add salt and pepper, whisk, and pour it into a heated pan with melted butter or oil.
- Slice the OLE! sun-dried tomatoes.
- Chop the chives.
- Cut the bagel in half.
- Assemble the bagel: Place lettuce, the omelet, sun-dried tomatoes, and sprinkle with chives on the cut bagel.
- Close the bagel and enjoy!
