Asparagus and Sun-Dried Tomato Tart with Thyme

• 1 package puff pastry
• 4-6 large slices of Gouda cheese
• 1 bunch of asparagus
• 1 package mozzarella
Sun-dried tomatoes marinated in apple-spirit vinegar with oregano OLE!
• 30g Parmesan cheese
• 1 tablespoon dried chili flakes (optional)
• Fresh thyme
• 1 egg

Wash the asparagus and break off the tough ends. Unroll the puff pastry and place the slices of Gouda cheese and asparagus on top. Add pieces of mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and fresh thyme. Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
