5-Minute Tapenade with Black Olives OLE!

🧾 Ingredients:

  • pitted black olives OLE!
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (you can also use some of the OLE! brine)
  • 1 small garlic clove (optional)
  • A squeeze of lemon juice
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tsp capers (for a more Mediterranean flavor) – OLE! capers in vinegar brine
  • Optional: 1–2 tbsp cream cheese (for a creamier version)

👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until you get a paste (it can be smooth or slightly chunky, depending on your preference).
  3. Season with lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
  4. Serve with bread, toast, or as a vegetable dip.
