Version I

Cut bread into smaller slices.
Spread the hummus on the bread slices.
Slice up the beets and put them on the canapés together with the arugula. Top with feta cheese and onion. Sprinkle with olive oil combined with honey, salt, and pepper.

 

Version II

Cut bread into smaller slices. Spread the cream cheese on the bread slices. Top with gorgonzola, juicy pear, nuts, and onion.
