• 1 packet of puff pastry
• 1 jar of OLE! Pastena – Dry Tomato Paste with Garlic
• 3 slices of matured ham
• 1 tomato
• 1 packet of mozzarella
• 20 g of grated Parmesan cheese
Put the dough on a baking sheet. Next, put a slightly smaller form on the dough and load it with dry beans for e.g. to weight it up.
Bake for 15 minutes, at temperature according to package, then remove the form with the dry beans and bake the bottom for about 5 – 7 minutes until it is lightly golden.
Cool the bottom slightly and spread the Pastena – Dry Tomato Paste with Garlic. Put ham, mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top. Spread the tomato slices. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 Celsius degrees. After removing from the oven, decorate with arugula.
