• 300g of your favourite pasta
• about 20 fresh sage leaves
• 1-2 cloves of garlic
• about 6 OLE! dried tomatoes with cranberries
• salt pepper
Cook pasta to al dente. Melt butter, squeeze garlic and add sage leaves. Cook for a while to make the leaves crispy.
Add chopped dried tomatoes with cranberries. Season with salt and pepper.
Before serving, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
