- 4 chicken legs
- 1 glass of red wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- fresh oregano
- ½ teaspoon of chopped hot peppers – optional
- big tablespoon of oil
- ½ jar of OLE! garlic with chilli in oil
Wash the chicken legs and dry them off with a paper towel. Season with salt (around 1 teaspoon) and pepper. Rub with garlic and oil and set aside for 30 minutes.
Move to a casserole dish. Add wine, garlic, oregano, and rosemary. Cover the dish with foil and bake for around 30 minutes in 200°C under the foil and then for 15-20 minutes without it.
The chicken should be golden brown.
