Tuna paste with capers for sandwiches

Ingredients:
– 160 g canned tuna (in oil or olive oil)
– 2 hard-boiled eggs
– 1 finely chopped red onion or shallot
– 3 smaller pickled cucumbers
– 1/3 jar of capers in oil OLE!
– 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and French mustard
– a handful of chopped parsley, dill and chives
– buns or slices of bread
– pepper

Chop the peeled cucumbers or peeled, boiled eggs. Combine with the rest of the ingredients (except the capers).
Add the capers at the end.
Mix thoroughly and season to taste. Leave in the fridge for at least an hour. Serve on warm buns or toast from the oven.
