Tortilla Bake with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- 1-2 packs of tortilla wraps
- 1 pack of salami
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup of milk
- Salt, pepper
- Chopped parsley (to taste)
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- About ¾ jar of sun-dried tomatoes in oil with herbs OLE!
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat).
Fold each tortilla into an accordion shape and place them tightly together in a baking dish. Fill the pockets with salami and sun-dried tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the dish, then sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for about 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.
