Shrimp, zucchini and mushroom skewers

Ingredients:
– 1 pack of blanched shrimp, without shells (250 g)
– 1 zucchini
marinated mushrooms OLE!
– 1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice
– 5 tablespoons of pesto
– 3 tablespoons of 12% cream
– dried chilli flakes (amount as desired)
– ½ glass of white wine

Cut zucchini into strips using a larger vegetable peeler.
Wash the shrimp thoroughly and place in a container with wine and lime or lemon juice. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Combine the pesto with the cream. Wrap the zucchini strips around the shrimp.
Stuff skewers with shrimp, zucchini and mushrooms alternately (soak the skewers in cold water for 15 minutes beforehand)
Drench the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with dried chilli flakes. Bake in the oven (with the grill function) for about 6 minutes (3 minutes on each side).
Serve warm with pesto dip.
