Shrimp and Garlic Canapés
Ingredients:
• 1 package of tortilla wraps
• 1 package of shrimp (about 200 g)
• 3 tablespoons pesto
• Garlic in oil with herbs OLE!
• ½ cup heavy cream/Greek yogurt
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon butter and oil
• Olive oil spray
• Chili flakes
• Salt, pepper
• Cilantro/parsley
Tortilla Rounds:
Using a ring or glass, cut out circles from the tortilla wraps. Wet both sides with damp hands and spray with olive oil. Fry on a dry pan until browned on both sides.
Shrimp:
Rinse the shrimp in water. In a pan, melt butter with oil, add chopped fresh garlic, and chili flakes. Sauté briefly and add the shrimp. Cook for about 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Sauce:
Combine pesto with cream or yogurt.
Place a teaspoon of creamy pesto on each tortilla round, add a shrimp, and top with a garlic clove from OLE! Serve as an appetizer or snack.
