Salmon in cream sauce with marinated mushrooms with carrot and onion OLE!
Ingredients:
- Oil
- 250ml of 30% cream
- 2 small sized onions
- salmon fillet
- lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Marinated Mushrooms with Carrots and Onions OLE!
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 2 cloves of garlic
- soy sauce
- butter and oil
- salt & pepper
Marinate the salmon with one garlic clove, salt, pepper and soy sauce for at least 30 minutes before preparation. Meanwhile, chop the onion with the second clove of garlic and cook it with butter until golden brown, then put it into a separate dish. Do not clean the pan, add a little oil and cook the salmon on both sides until it changes colour. The fish must be browned on the top and the half raw in the middle. Add the onion and cream with spinach and a clove of garlic. Wait until the cream thickens. Add Marinated mushrooms with carrots and onions OLE!, salt and pepper. Serve it warm.
