Puff Pastry Baskets with Vegetables, Feta and olives
Ingredients:
• 1 roll of puff pastry
• Cherry tomatoes
• 1 pack of salami (optional for meat lovers)
• Sliced black olives OLE!
• ½ red onion
• Feta cheese
• Fresh thyme
• Olive oil
• Egg
Divide the pastry into 8 equal squares. Prick each with a fork. Place salami, onion, halved cherry tomatoes, olives, and crumbled feta in the center.
Fold the edges inward to form a rim and brush with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve warm or cold.
