Pasta with gorgonzola and capers in oil
Ingredients:
– favorite kind of pasta
– 200g gorgonzola
– 200ml cream 22%
– 1 onion
– pepper, salt
– chopped nuts (optional)
– capers in oil OLE! (quantity at discretion)
– 1 large tablespoon of butter
– salt & pepper
Cook the pasta al dente. Chop the onion and fry in butter. Add sour cream and pieces of cheese. Add 1/3 cup of pasta water (at the end of cooking). Add the capers (save a few for garnish). Season to taste. Combine the sauce with the pasta, decorate with chopped nuts.
