Pasta with feta cheese sauce and sun-dried tomatoes with capers in oil with herbs
Ingredients
– 500g pasta
– 200g feta cheese
– 10 dried tomatoes with capers in oil with herbs OLE!
– quarter of a red onion
– 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
– half a teaspoon of basil
– half a teaspoon of granulated garlic
Additions:
– a few leaves of fresh basil
Preparation:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Crumble the feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes with capers, chopped red onion, Greek yogurt and spices into a blender and blend until smooth.
If the sauce is too thick, add an additional spoonful of Greek yogurt.
Put the finished sauce in a pot and heat it up. Then add it to the pasta already served on a plate and decorate with fresh basil leaves.
