Pappardelle pasta with chanterelles and Sun-Dried Tomatoes strips in oil with herbs and sunflower OLE!
Ingredients:
– 200g Pappardelle pasta
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 250ml 30% heavy cream
– 1 pack of chanterelles (approx. 200g)
– 2 garlic cloves
– 1 large shallot
– a handful of chopped parsley
– Sun-Dried Tomatoes strips in oil with herbs and sunflower OLE!
Thoroughly clean and dry chanterelles. Sauté shallots in a tablespoon of butter. Add chopped garlic. Once the mixture is translucent, add chanterelles and sauté until they release water and reduce (approx. 7 min). In the meantime, cook the pasta. Add cream, salt, pepper, Sun-Dried Tomatoes, and parsley to the pan. Sauté until the cream reduces, then mix with the cooked pasta.
