Lentil and dried tomato cutlets

Ingredients (for about 8-10 smaller patties):
-soaked red lentils (0.5 cups of dry lentils, i.e. about 7-8 tablespoons, about 2 hours of soaking)
– instant oat flakes (7 tablespoons of oat flakes)
Dried tomatoes with pepper marinated in oil with herbs OLE! (approx. 100g after draining)
-2 teaspoons chicken seasoning
-salt and pepper
– granulated garlic (1 teaspoon)
-water (approx. 150ml)
– oil

Preparation:
Pour the lentils with water and soak for at least 2 hours, you can also do it in the evening and soak it overnight.
Drain the soaked lentils and put them in a bowl, add oatmeal, dried tomatoes, spices and water. Mix the mass with a blender, not very thoroughly – it should not be a homogeneous mass. Leave for about 30 minutes in the fridge.
After this time, form cutlets – it will be easiest to do this with wet hands.
