Ham and Olive Tortilla Rolls

Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 3 tortilla wraps
• 70 ml milk
• 100 g ham
• 1 pack of mozzarella
Green sliced olives OLE!
• Salt, pepper

Beat the eggs with milk. Season with salt and pepper. Grate the mozzarella. Finely chop the ham. Stack the tortilla wraps, roll them up, and cut into 6 cm slices. Place each slice into the openings of a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the rolls, sprinkle with ham, grated cheese, and olives. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes until the tops of the rolls are golden brown.
