French Pastry Wreath with Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Ingredients:
– 120-130g pesto
– 1 roll of French pastry
– 100-150g feta cheese
– Sun-dried tomatoes in strips with herbs in oil OLE!
– sesame seeds for sprinkling
– 1 beaten egg
Roll out the French pastry on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Spread pesto, sprinkle with feta, and add strips of sun-dried tomatoes. Roll the pastry tightly with the filling along the longer side, forming a roll. Make gentle cuts with a knife. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
