Focaccia with olives with paprika paste and rosemary

Ingredients:
Dough:
– 7 g dry yeast
– 500 g wheat flour
– 300 ml lukewarm water
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– pinch of salt
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
Additions:
– a handful of green olives with paprika paste OLE!
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
– 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation:
Put all the ingredients for the dough in the bowl of a food processor and mix for a few minutes until the dough is elastic. Then set aside in a warm place, cover for 60-90 minutes. After this time, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper and greased with olive oil. Pour the remaining olive oil over the dough and knead by folding the sides of the dough inwards. Then turn it over with the folded ends facing down. Set aside for 15 minutes in a warm place and cover. After this time, knead the dough with your fingers, creating depressions all over. Grease the top of the focaccia with garlic pressed through a press, add a handful of Green Olives with OLE! Paprika Paste into the depressions one by one and add individual rosemary leaves. Bake for about 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
