Cream of baked tomato soup with croutons and olives

Ingredients:
– 1kg of cherry tomatoes
– 1 onion
– 1 head of garlic
– 1 cup of broth
– ½ pack of feta cheese
– herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
– salt, pepper
– olive oil
green olives OLE!

Additions:
– dark bread – about 6 slices
– olive oil
– salt, pepper
– 1 tablespoon of Provencal herbs
– 1 clove of garlic
– cream

Cut the bread into small pieces, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, a squeezed clove of garlic, pepper and herbs. Fry until crispy and set aside.

Cut the tomatoes and onions into smaller pieces, add a head of garlic halved in half. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add feta. Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. After removing from the oven, remove the skin from the tomatoes, squeeze the garlic. Add the herbs. Mix. Season to taste. Add a spoonful of cream, croutons and olives.
