Cheese, tomato and garlic tart
Ingredients:
• 2 large tomatoes
• roll of puff pastry
• 2-3 handfuls of cherry tomatoes
• 60 g. goat cheese for spreading (if you don’t like the taste of goat’s milk, you can replace it with Ricotta)
• Garlic chilli in oil OLE!
• 100 g. thick cream
• 1 clove of fresh garlic
• salt, pepper
• ½ cup of grated hard cheese (as much as Gruyere)
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons of Provencal herbs
Mix goat cheese with cream, salt, pepper, garlic, herbs and olive oil.
Unroll the dough and spread the cheese with cream on it. Cut the tomatoes into slices and the small tomatoes into halves. Place on the tart, then put the garlic on top and put in the oven. Bake until the dough is golden brown at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
