Aglio olio pasta with olives, rosemary, and mozzarella
Ingredients:
– olive oil
– spaghetti pasta
– fresh parsley, basil
– Cherry tomatoes
– chilli pepper
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh rosemary
– pitted green olives OLE!
– fresh mozzarella
– salt
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil with chopped garlic, chilli, rosemary and spices. Salt to taste. Add olives.
Cook the pasta and combine it with hot oil with spices. Garnish wit cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
