Chicken rolls with dried tomatoes with pepper and mozzarella
Ingredients (4 servings):
● 2 chicken breast fillets
● 4 mozzarella slices
● 4 sun-dried tomatoes with marinated pepper in oil with herbs OLE!
● salt, pepper, dried oregano
● tomato oil for frying
● mashed potatoes
Preparation:
1. Thinly slice the fillets and season.
2. Place the tomato and mozzarella in the center and roll them up.
3. Secure with a toothpick and fry in a pan (in the tomato oil) for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
4. Transfer to the oven (180°C, 10-12 minutes) until cooked through.
5. Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or a salad.
