Pinsa with camembert and capers
Ingredients:
• 1 pinsa cake
• 1 small zucchini
• 1 camembert cheese (very soft and creamy)
• 3 tablespoons cream
• ½ cup parmesan
• Salt, pepper
• Red onion
• capers in vinegar OLE!
• Fresh basil
Slice the courgettes. Drizzle the pinsa with a little olive oil, spread the blue cheese on the surface of the dough, add the cream, salt and pepper. Arrange the onion slices and capers on top and bake at 230 degrees for about 10 minutes.
