Salad with bulgur groats, hummus and dried tomatoes

Ingredients:
• 150 g natural hummus
• 100 g bulgur
• 2 cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 bunch of cilantro (can be replaced with parsley), dill and chives
• ½ red onion
• juice from ½ lemon (can also add lime juice)
• ½ jar of sun-dried tomatoes in strips with black olives OLE!
• clove of garlic
• a large pinch of cumin
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• salt, pepper, chilli flakes to taste

Cook the groats according to the instructions on the package and let cool. Dice the onion, fresh and dried tomatoes. Mix with the groats, herbs, and lemon juice. Season to taste. Put the groats on the bottom of a bowl. Spread the herbal sauce with vegetables on the groats, decorate with hummus and spices. Sprinkle with a bit of coriander and chilli flakes.
