Triangular pouches of puff pastry with spinach and feta cheese
Ingredients:
– one pack of puff pastry
– ½ pack of spinach leaves (washed, ready to eat)
– ½ pack of feta cheese
– a few tablespoons of pesto
– dried tomatoes with pumpkin seeds in oil with herbs OLE!
– 1 egg
– black sesame seeds on top (optionally white sesame or black cumin)
Sauce to serve:
– cream or cream cheese
– clove of garlic
– chopped parsley
Roll out the dough gently on a flat surface and divide it into squares.
Put a handful of spinach leaves, 2 sun-dried tomatoes with seeds, pesto and crushed feta cheese on each piece of dough.
Brush the edges with the egg and connect them carefully with a fork.
Brush the top of the pouches with the rest of the eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes, until they turn golden.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce and serve with baked triangles.
