Cod sirloin on cauliflower puree with capers in oil OLE!

Ingredients:

  • cod loin for 2 people
  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • broth for boiled cauliflower (or water)
  • 3 tablespoons of 30% cream (preferably thick)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Capers in oil OLE!

Fish marinade ingredients:

  • lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • olive oil
  • rosemary
  • salt & pepper

Combine the ingredients for the marinade and macerate the fish thoroughly. Separate the cauliflower into florets. Cut off the stalks and cook in the broth until tender. Drain and mix on the purée. Season with salt and pepper. Add the squeezed garlic. Mix it with cream. Cook the fish for a few minutes on each side and serve it with pure with capers in oil OLE!
