• 2 tortillas (wraps)
• 4 tablespoons of cream
• 80g of cottage cheese
• 150g hot or cold smoked salmon
• 2 tablespoons of capers in oil with herbs OLE !
• 2 handfuls of arugula
• ½ lemon
• freshly ground pepper for sprinkling
• ½ packaging cream 18%
• lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon of fresh dill and parsley
• salt & pepper
Combine the sauce ingredients. Set aside. Grease the tortillas with cottage cheese (leave 1 cm from the edge so that they can be easily rolled up). Sprinkle a handful of arugula, put pieces of salmon, capers and cream. Sprinkle everything with lemon and pepper.
Roll the tortillas into “pancakes” and cut them into 5 equal pieces. Serve with sauce.
