• 1 cauliflower
• ½ a bunch of parsley and dill
• cherry tomatoes
• 1 green cucumber
• ½ onion
• few leaves of fresh mint
• ½ jar of pitted black olives OLE!
• ½ lemon juice
• salt pepper
• clove of garlic
Divide the cauliflower into florets and wash them thoroughly. Grate on a fine grater. Chop the herbs finely.
Cut the tomatoes in half or quarters. Cut the cucumber into small cubes.
Combine everything with olives OLE!. Pour olive oil with squeezed garlic and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
