• 3 large bunches of parsley
• 2 cloves of garlic
• ¾ jar of dried tomatoes with marinated pepper OLE! (2 tomatoes are left to be cut)
• ½ tablespoons of olive oil
• 2 large handfuls of basil leaves
• salt pepper
• parmesan (optional)
Chop the parsley and cut the twigs. Blend everything together in a stand blender – if it doesn’t work, you can help yourselves with a hand blender. Cut the remaining tomatoes.
Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Combine with sauce.
Optionally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
