• salmon fillet
• 1 mango
• 1 ripe avocado (medium soft so that it does not fall apart)
• red currant (optional)
• 1/4 jar of white canned garlic OLE!
• ½ lime, juiced
• 1 tablespoon of olive oil
• parsley or cilantro
Dice the mango with the avocado. Combine in a bowl.
Add lime juice and OLE! Garlic. If you have – you can also add currants.
Sprinkle with olive oil.
Serve with freshly fried or baked salmon.
