Salmon in yoghurt sauce with OLE! Dried Tomatoes in Oil with Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet,
  • ½ of a jar of OLE! Dried Tomatoes in Oil with Herbs
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • 1 natural yogurt,
  • oil from OLE! Dried Tomatoes,
  • handful of fresh basil leaves,
  • soy sauce for fish,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
  • lemon for sprinkling,
  • favourite herbs for sprinkling.

Clean the fillet and cut into smaller pieces (you will usually get 3-4 servings from a medium-size fillet). Dry with a towel. Place crushed garlic cloves on each piece. Sprinkle with herbs and pepper (salt is not needed because of the soy sauce) and add a few drops of soy sauce. Leave to stand (preferably for the night).

Combine the yoghurt in a bowl with a clove of garlic, basil, your favourite herbs, and a few OLE! Dried Tomatoes in Oil with Herbs (as many as you like, usually about 4 tomatoes). Mix together and add a tablespoon of olive oil.

Drop the fish on the hot oil from OLE! Dried Tomatoes. Reduce the flame to medium, wait for a moment, and reduce the flame even more. Check the inside of the salmon regularly, which must be slightly set. Do not bring to complete pink. Take off the burner for about 5 minutes. In the meantime, place the yoghurt sauce with OLE! Dried Tomatoes in Oil with Herbs on the plate. Place the fish on the sauce and sprinkle with lemon. Serve with rice or baked potatoes.
